    When I started out in real estate in 1980, interest rates were at 18%. I learned early on that mastering my mindset would be the most important skill to develop in order to survive in sales.

My years of experience in real estate and as a motivational speaker, instructor, and coach for real estate pros tells me that the right mindset can make you more money, create greater opportunities, and help you build the life you dream of -- both personally and professionally.


My career in real estate has encompassed executive-level recruitment and development for a major national brokerage company where a funny thing happened. Within a few years, the region's gross commission income increased by 65% from both new and experienced agents who were coached and trained through the training center I developed. 


In fact, our company ranked 8th in the USA in "per person productivity" of real estate sales, more than seven times the national average! That’s when I realized that I had the ability to make a game-changing difference in the development of real estate careers.

         Instead of continuing to keep all of that knowledge in-house, I decided to create a career as a coach, instructor, and speaker, to bring the techniques I’ve developed into the mainstream. You see, I believe that what’s best for the industry as a whole is having the best trained, best equipped agents possible. My industry work includes training & coaching of  50,000 + real estate & business professionals.
